Our client’s needs change on a daily basis. We can source for you - whatever the event. Be it interview and meeting rooms, training facilities, conference opportunities or corporate away days. We also plan our client’s annual events such as Christmas parties, annual galas, corporate entertaining and family fun days. Working alongside our accommodation partners we can also assist with pop-up’s, roadshows, exhibitions and product launches.
From your initial enquiry we aim to understand your meetings objectives and preferences, audience and outcome so we can source only the most suitable venues, ensuring a quick and efficient response time and booking process. Through our team's advice and attention to detail, they are able to efficiently select multiple venues that fit the your brief and needs.
All rate negotiations are handled by ourselves with all agents having attended a negotiation skills training session. We often secure added value incentives for our clients included within the package; whether this be upgraded rooms, drinks, priority check-in, private dining dinner arrangements - all examples of negotiated complimentary extras. In addition to the above, if required we are happy to seek out venues adhering to your environmental, ethical and quality policies.
As part of our added value service, once a venue has been agreed and confirmed we will administer contracts on behalf of you (our clients) and as part of the negotiation process ensure that you are receiving the very best terms and conditions. Utilising our HBAA membership status means we can achieve this on your behalf, minimising any additional costs or unnecessary cancellation charges. Continuing to be more than just a venue finding team, we often arrange and attend site inspections on behalf of (or with) you and will support the booker in as much of the final details as you wish.
