The suite of Mercury online portals give our clients around the clock accessibility and provide a simplistic booking service which allows them to identify the most cost effective options aligned with those that are most suitable for a particular travel policy.
Offline bookings are handled via a Customer Service contact centre based at the main offices in Droitwich Spa. The customer service team handle all enquiries between the hours of 8.30am – 6pm Monday – Friday.
Regular training and engagement events and initiatives are designed and planned to ensure maximum stakeholder understanding and involvement. A support desk is also available for any self-booking queries or questions.
