With mobile itineraries and on the go access travellers can easily pick up their hotel and travel plans. They can also be rest assured of only quality and comfortable accommodation. Onbusiness Corporate Travel Services only offer our corporate clients hotels with a classified 3* rating or higher, (although at a client’s discretion we will book private guest houses and lodges as requested).
Onbusiness measure the current quality of hotels in a series of ways to identify properties with an acceptable level of quality to ensure traveller comfort. As part of our ISO9001:2008 accreditation all hotels that we use will undergo a yearly quality survey and will be measured against a certain quality criteria. Preferred hotels undergo regular inspections and include the assessment of all customer facing services encompassing of safety, location and cleanliness.
The out of hours service is handled by fully trained members of the customer service team whom have 24/7 access to all of the required data inclusive of travel policies and client preferences ensuring traveller safety is paramount at all times.
